Annual legal requirements

Our firm will establish the annual legal requirements of your company in Italy :

• drafting of accounts in the form of the Trade Register,
• drafting of the minutes of the general meeting approving the accounts,
• drafting of the certification of these minutes by the directors,
• keeping of mandatory books (register of general meetings, register of associates, etc.)
• submission of all documentation to the Trade Register.
